Our Founder
Founder and company operator Ronald Langley has been in the machine-shop trade for over 20 years. Being an astute learner and ambitious employee, he quickly climbed the management ladder for the company he worked for and aspired to open his own machine-shop business. In 2003, he made the decision to pursue his dream and founded RDL machine.
Our Company Today
Today, RDL Machine based out of Bossier City, Louisiana is still considered a small business that views employees as family and takes pride in the manufacturing of American-made products. We have a diversified customer base, ranging from the sports industry to the medical field, and a variety of industries in between. Currently, most of our customers are locally derived, but one of our present goals is to broaden our national partnerships to provide quality and cost-effective service to meet ever growing demands.
Our Capabilities
RDL has progressed in size and capabilities with time. What began as a one-machine establishment in a home garage has grown into an ISO9001 certified, 20,000 square foot facility with numerous late-model CNC machines and equipment capable of providing secondary services. We work with a variety of materials and utilize quality control processes to ensure precision is met with every part. Further, we also offer in-house tool and die services to ensure your parts are made to the exact specifications requested. Typical turnaround time for purchase orders usually range from 4-6 weeks, depending on the project’s complexity and if any outside managing is required.
